AVANTGARDE Experiences GmbH is the tour operator and your sole contractual partner. On the basis of an agreement with Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, the organiser AVANTGARDE Experiences GmbH is entitled to provide certain services under the name Porsche Travel Experience and Porsche Ice Experience. By registering, you do not enter into a contractual relationship with Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG.

The combination of travel services offered to you is a package tour within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302.

Therefore, you are entitled to all EU rights applicable to package tours. AVANTGARDE Experiences GmbH, Atelierstraße 10, 81671 Munich, Germany, bears full responsibility for the proper execution of the entire package tour.

In addition, AVANTGARDE Experiences GmbH, Atelierstraße 10, 81671 Munich has the legally required security for the repayment of your payments and, if transport is included in the package tour, to ensure your return transport in the event of its insolvency.

Further information on your most important rights under Directive (EU) 2015/2302 can be found here. The tour operator AVANTGARDE Experiences GmbH may withdraw from the contract if the minimum number of participants is not reached up to 5 weeks before the start of the trip.

Active drivers must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving licence issued by a Member State of the European Union, the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland; Holders of driving licences issued by countries other than those mentioned above may only take part if, in addition to their national driving licence, they hold an international driving permit in accordance with the Vienna Convention on Road Traffic of 8 November 1968.

You can withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the trip against payment of a flat-rate compensation fee (cancellation fee) charged by the tour operator AVANTGARDE Experiences GmbH.

The personal data you provide will be processed by the organiser AVANTGARDE Experiences GmbH and Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG for the purpose of implementing the above contract.

You are responsible for complying with the entry regulations. Binding information can be obtained from the embassies of the countries concerned.
