Your experience in detail.
Day 1

Windhoek: where it all begins.

Upon your individual arrival at Windhoek’s Hosea Kutako International Airport, you will be transferred by shuttle to the “Zannier Reserve of N/a'an ku sê”, a nature reserve just 30 minutes away and covering approximately 9,000 hectares. The reserve is known for its diverse savannah landscapes and abundant wildlife, which you can explore on a guided safari.

Your first accommodation is the “Omaanda Lodge” of the Zannier Hotel Group, a luxurious 5-star lodge offering an authentic experience with its comfortable thatched-roof huts. Should you arrive early, you can enjoy a lunch or snack at the lodge – the coming days will be full of adventure. A professional drivers' briefing will ensure you are fully prepared for your African adventure.

In the evening, head to the authentically designed restaurant of the lodge, where you will be treated to freshly prepared dishes made from local ingredients. A perfect opportunity to relax – before things get really exciting.

Day 2

Windhoek, Solitaire, Sossusvlei: a magical trio.

An extraordinary start awaits you: In your Porsche Cayenne, you will drive around 400 kilometres off-road over the Spreetshoogte Pass and Solitaire into the Namib Desert, which lies directly on the Atlantic Ocean and is considered the oldest desert in the world. In 2013, it was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The scenery offers endless horizons and jagged mountain peaks, with the red dunes of Sossusvlei as the landscape’s crowning feature. Explore the NamibRand Nature Reserve, one of Africa’s largest private conservation areas, providing a natural habitat for a variety of wildlife such as giraffes, leopards, antelopes, zebras and springboks. It has also been designated Africa’s first international Dark Sky Reserve – an ideal setting to admire the splendour of the starry night sky.

At the “&Beyond Sossusvlei Desert Lodge”, you will enjoy a sundowner drink with a view of the captivating desert landscape. A delicious dinner completes the evening.

Day 3

Sossusvlei: in the heart of the Namib Desert.

Before sunrise, you will set off for Sossusvlei, a dazzling salt-clay pan flanked by the world’s highest dunes. On an off-road track, you will manoeuvre your Cayenne through the sand with driving skill, accompanied by a professional mechanic in case assistance is required. The second highlight is the nearby Dead Vlei, which is characterised by the black skeletons of the dead camel thorn trees that date back to the 14th and 15th centuries and rot very slowly due to the site’s extreme aridity. A bizarre sight that is one of the most photographed scenes in Namibia.

Before heading back to the lodge, a generous breakfast buffet will be served under ancient acacia trees. The afternoon is free for you to enjoy, before you return to the dunes for a sundowner in the provided off-road vehicles. An intimate dinner at your accommodation completes the day in a delicious way.

Day 4

Sossusvlei, Swakopmund: a trip to the moon.

After a lunch stop at the “Rostock Ritz Desert Lodge”, you will continue your journey to the region around Swakopmund. The closer you get to your destination, the more bizarre the rock formations become. On off-road tracks, you will reach your destination, which, with its stone hills, jagged domes and craters, resembles a moonscape – as though you were on another planet. Bathed in the orange glow of the sunset, the spectacle reaches its breathtaking climax.

During dinner under the open sky, you will be prepared for an impressive evening event – including a surprise in the programme once darkness has settled over your camp. Look forward to magical moments. You will spend the night in a private tented camp set up especially for you.

Day 5

Swakopmund: the essence of the Atlantic.

The new day begins with a hearty breakfast in the open air. You can then enjoy the versatility of your Porsche Cayenne as you drive on off-road tracks through the “Moon Landscape” and on paved roads – until you reach the charming coastal town of Swakopmund. With a wonderful beach promenade, historical architecture and a pleasant climate, the popular holiday spot offers a colourful contrast to the desert adventure.

At the “Strand Hotel Swakopmund”, the “Ocean Cellar” restaurant will treat you to fresh seafood that celebrates the essence of the Atlantic. The afternoon is yours to shape as you wish – additional excursions can be booked locally. Swakopmund, renowned for its wide range of leisure activities, is the perfect place to choose from a variety of options. How about sandboarding, deep-sea fishing or quad biking? The choice is yours.

Day 6

Walvis Bay, Swakopmund, Langstrand: on the track of the big five.

Attention: on your route towards Langstrand, depending on the tide, you will drive along the beach – as though you were surfing the waves in your Porsche Cayenne. A truly exhilarating experience! After a coffee break in Walvis Bay, home to Namibia’s largest port, you will return to the “Strand Hotel Swakopmund”, where a delicious lunch awaits you at the hotel restaurant. Afterward, you will head to the airport in Swakopmund and return your vehicle following one final tour.

The next chapter of your adventure begins: private light aircraft will take you across Namibia to the Caprivi region. On the way to your accommodation, the “Nambwa Tented Lodge”, nestled in the heart of the Bwabwata National Park, you will enjoy a game drive – a safari in a 4x4 vehicle with trained local rangers. The Bwabwata National Park, the largest conservation area in Africa, is home to elephants, hippos, crocodiles and more. Your lodge consists of luxurious tented suites for the next two nights. Tip: From your private open-air terrace, watch as the sky turns purple and amber – a dream come true.

In the afternoon, on a safari, you will immerse yourself in the diverse landscape and experience the unique wildlife and plant life from a fresh perspective. With a respectful distance, you will approach herds of elephants, hippos, crocodiles, zebras and a variety of bird species.

Following an afternoon game drive, the Horseshoe Lagoon becomes the most popular spot for a sundowner. As you sit barefoot in the sand, the warm starter will be served, and you will enjoy the breathtaking sunset with hippos and elephants in the background. Afterward, you will be driven back to the lodge, where a delicious dinner awaits you.

Before breakfast, you have the option to embark on a shortened game drive for one more wildlife adventure. Afterwards, private aircraft will take you over Katima Mulilo to Kasane/Botswana, located at the four-country junction of Namibia, Botswana, Zambia and Zimbabwe. Your accommodation for the next two nights is the luxurious “Chobe Game Lodge” in the heart of Chobe National Park, famous for its massive populations of elephants and hippos. The Chobe River attracts all kinds of wildlife, including enormous buffalo herds and hungry lions on the hunt.

Each suite at the lodge comes with a private terrace overlooking the world-renowned Okavango Delta, the largest inland delta in the world. The breathtaking diversity of this unique ecosystem will mesmerise you with its beauty. And with a bit of luck, you may spot one of the many elephant herds of Chobe National Park. After a late lunch, you will be able to create your personalised programme – perhaps a safari boat trip for a sundowner?

Day 9

Kasane, Victoria Falls, Kasane: breathtaking from above.

The legendary Victoria Falls at the border between Zimbabwe and Zambia are one of the 7 wonders of the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. With a width of around 1,700 meters, they are the largest waterfalls in the world. The water plunges with a deafening roar about 110 meters into the gorge – twice the height of Niagara Falls. Today, you will have the chance to witness this breathtaking natural spectacle for yourself.

Travelling by private aircraft, you will fly from Kasane to Victoria Falls (the town shares its name with the iconic waterfall). One highlight follows the next: first, a panoramic helicopter flight over the falls, then a tour of the Victoria Falls Bridge. The grand finale is a three-course meal at the renowned “Victoria Falls Hotel”, which boasts five-star status. In the afternoon, you will fly back to Kasane, where you will be transported to the “Chobe Game Lodge”. The Farewell Dinner will bring this unforgettable day to a perfect close.
